My absolute dream blink scenario - outside of a dude ranch album show that will never happen - would be for +44 and BCR to do a few shows.

 

Hate to say this, but I wish I could mute all the Toby parts of this Tom interview.
The constant, forced "Damn.." and "fuck man..." are so bad that it takes me away from
the dumb stories Tom is telling that don't require any of those replies to begin with. lol.

 

A Dude Ranch show would be amazing, since they barely play any of those songs these days. I'd even take a TOYPAJ show.

Travis was all about building fests out pre covid. I feel like it is totally possible. Would be cool if the blink crew headlined every night and there was a mix of BCR, +44, Transplants, Simple Creatures, AVA, and all of Travis’s collaborators / bands he produced. Have Skilba do a California / NINE set. If we want to get very in the weeds bring all those European bands mark produced way back in the day. Shows would be insane.

 

I don't think that'd be a traveling fest. It'd be like 3 dates max all in California, ha.

Would travel.

 

Yeah I was thinking a weekend or two day. lol we need to find a way to ask them about this. Get on a Mark stream or his discord.

Mark never wants to play more than a 90-minute set, and now we want him to play multiple sets with different bands in one day/weekend? INSANITY.

Weird question.. but does anyone have any of the Enema or TOYPAJ (or any of blinks stuff) albums as instrumentals? I've seen it in a couple of their interview/doc style videos where the songs are played in the background without vocals... but does anyone have access to these?
