Well he hasn’t been with the band in over a decade and isn’t on any of their newer material , I’m not surprised.

 

Was already listening to Untitled a ton before the anniversary and it's wild this is the TOYPAJ follow up


I'm actually still offended by Zane Lowe's "it's the best record you've ever MAAADEE" in the OMT interview

 

Just saw blink was snubbed from the Grammy nominations.

I’m not one to pay attention to this kind of stuff but that’s wild lol.

how does a number one album and number one single not get nominated?

OMT is objectively better than Saviors and objectively performed better.

Anyways….the process proved itself successful with the massively successful tours, album, and comradrey that took practically zero effort from the band doing press and major media haha.

 

Not to mention One More Time (song) went on to tie the record for longest #1 on radio (from what I remember).

 

Neighborhoods is too high.

 

Dude Ranch is too low. But surprised he put Nine exactly where it deserves to be

Mark is such a casual fan he probably thinks All The Small Things is their best song.

 

Not surprised either, but I always felt he was a really important member of the band, almost as Deryk, during their best years. He was so fun. It would have been cool if he had rejoined or something.

 

New Green Day has gotten more plays than I expected as a pretty casual fan. I think it’s cool their new record got a nomination but it’s a travesty blink got snubbed. Would have been rad to see them both on the roster.

 

I think American Idiot was the last Green Day album I really cared about.

 

Swap untitled and OMT and it’s pretty close for me.

 

Besides One More Time it is interesting Mark views their post untitled albums so low in the ranking
