Gimme light, gimme love, gimme fire

    Sums up my thoughts.

These tracks are so much more dramatic (musically and lyrically) than anything they’ve ever done and I’m all about it. I’m hearing genuine growth here, people!

Everyone Everywhere is the stand out and my fav on first listen, followed closely by If You Never Left.

To start… One Night Stand didn’t do it for me. It had its moments…. but definitely bottom tier. The rest… how the fuck are these guys this on top of their game?!? It’s absolutely outstanding. Will listen more tomorrow but some of these could crack some top 15… even top 10 blink lists.

need more listens but pleasantly surprised and happy.

  7. I haven’t listened to these yet but I just played “everyone everywhere.” I liked it! Simple Creatures verse and fun Blink chorus. The bridge is cool. Kinda like those little static pauses in “Violence” but with more of a spotlight. Can’t wait to listen to the rest of these in the morning.

FUCKIN SAVAGES IN THAT FUCKIN BOX Prestigious

If You Never Left should replace Edging on the actual album

Can't Go Back is great but it feels like it could've been a much more epic song to me

Then there are 4 good b-sides

Everyone Everywhere and Take Me In are big misses for me. Not terrible but just don't work for me at all.

Will see if anything grows on me more

Just gave them a first listen and If you never left hit me real good. It’s at the level of the album stuff, just really good Blink feels.

the rest is very b-side level. Still good to have more blink

edit: oh yeah, all in my head is also a standout

Enjoyed these more than I thought I would.

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND and ONE NIGHT STAND - I love them. Throwing these tracks up there with BLINK WAVE, FELL IN LOVE, and Always. I REALLY want these guys to lean hard into the direction of these songs. Either that or some doom and gloom haha.

EVERYONE EVERYWHERE - This song blew my mind. Holy Box Car Racer! The drums, the heavy and droning riffs, Tom's vocals....It's screams Box Car Racer. Featuring robot Mark, of course.

TAKE ME IN - I think this also could've closed out OMT part 1. It's in the same vein as CHILDHOOD.

IF YOU NEVER LEFT - Probably my least favorite track out of all of them. It reminds me of another song and its bugging the crap out of me.

NO FUN and ALL IN MY HEAD - I enjoy them the more I listen to them.

CAN'T GO BACK - Really cool track. Very Elevator-esque and I'm into it.

I'll take these "b-sides" over the joke songs and interludes on the OG album.

Are you thinkin of Sum 41?
I'm just asking because this song reminds me of a Sum 41 song (and I mean that in a good way because I like both bands)

This is incredible.... these should have replaced a few songs on Part 1, not gonna lie.

I always listen to the new tunes and some transitions sound odd at first, but after a few spins, they hit so I'm giving it time to bake.

    I'm enjoying the new tunes!

Every Other Weekend reminds me of The Cure.

Some initial thoughts after first listen:

The auto tune on Every Other Weekend makes it almost unlistenable.
Everyone Everywhere sounds like modern day Box Car Racer and I'm all for it
If You Never Left is the clear highlight, could compete with a lot of the songs on original album
Can't Go Back is such a vibe

I think Can't Go Back is the best marrying of blink and ava's sound so far.

Can't Go Back is easily the best here, and also one I could see fitting on the album.

Listen to Every Other Weekend’s verses and then listen to the intro to Bloody Valentine by MGK, specifically the guitar part that ends each vocal line “soon as I see the rain” “feel like i’m wasting away” Oh Travis lol. Song is still great though.
