I had fun with Simple Creatures and even went to their first show but I don’t think I can return to it anymore with the whole All Time Low of it all

 

I am itching for a new Transplants release as well. They were cooking something with Flea on Bass around COVID or just before. I would happily accept a couple years of everyone goofing around with individual projects after the OMT run.

 

I bought the 2nd EP on Apple Music the day it was released and still haven’t listened to it in full. I thought the first EP was fine but just no desire to listen to it again (or the 2nd EP apparently).

 

We just had like 100 years of that. No thanks!

 

Anyone know if this song ever fully leaked? Had some potential

 

Some dude claimed to have the full song on one of the leak sites and was selling it for $300. I don't think it ever came to light.

My theory is all of those leaked post-Nine songs were supposed to be part of the collab EP or next album effort featuring other artists. The songs touched too many hands and eventually found themselves onto leak sites.

I found what I could online and put then into a little custom EP. Are there any others that you know of?

 

I'm sure "All in My Head" is a perfectly enjoyable song, but it's a tragedy that it'll get more of a push than "Turpentine" — their best song post-original hiatus.

 

Yep I think those are it that we know of. I truly wish we got this as an official mixed release. I know the quality of the music doesn't hold a candle to OMT, but I'm too much of a blink completionist to NOT have everything from them, ha.

Hot take. I love the song, but I can name at least 5 songs post Untitled that I like a lot more than Turpentine.

Apparently No Fun and All in My Head have a dot next to them on Apple Music according to reddit. Potential dual single drop again?

Edit: seems legit. Now will they be global or midnight release? OMT/MTYK were global, but they were put out on Thursday not release Friday.

 

This is a good hot take. I personally was blasé to Mark's hype in the Discord about that song before it was released, but once that humongous synth overlaying on the ripping guitars took over, I was like "oh damn". Where does it rank for you on OMT?

I like Turpentine on the album a lot but it has not resonated with me the way it has with most blink die hards. I would be bummed if a favorite song got a video and a some live plays and then scrapped.

Sorry for all the notifications, but was just catching up on what I missed... While also being sick so it took me a few days.

I don't know if I'll be able to watch it live since I'm from the US (and I don't have the money for a VPN) so I'm hoping someone records it and puts it up on YouTube like before.

I'm also wondering if any of the new songs will have a music video with them or if it's just going to be all audio only?
