Revisiting this interview this morning. It's a bit dry and slow, but has a lot of cool info. I'd suggest playing it at 1.25 speed... haha

I prepaid for parking for tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll be good to show up a little after 8 and miss most of PTV. Means I'll likely be buying the limited poster on eBay though..

 

Go for the merch tables on the upper levels. I was late getting in door, but went right upstairs and snagged one with plenty to spare at the table I went to.

 

I'll be totally happy if it's even just like 6 songs.

"Cut Me Off", "See You", maybe two more b-sides from the original album sessions (since there were song titles like "Here We Go" and "Brain Candy" floating around). Then "Can't Go Back" and hopefully another brand new track that they just wrote.

 

Meh. I like it for the sake of saying Fenway and blink-182 but don’t care for the robot bunny and also why not make it look like 10% Fenway lol

 

Did anybody get the denver poster? I didn’t even look to see what it was. I was so focused on the drain shirt. i’m having retroactive jealousy with everyone posting their loot.

 

I bought my poster during Blink's set. Went to the bathroom as soon as they started Down, on my way out stopped by the merch table (no line) bought one of the last 4 posters, and was back at my seat before Travis did his drum outro lol

 

Also it seems like I'm the only person on this thread that actually enjoyed Pierce the Veil. Honestly I think I liked them more than Turnstile last year. Turnstiles the better band, but PTV was more suited for the arena/stadium.

I even thought the opener Ekkstacy was pretty enjoyable. Had a real britpop feel to it.

 

PTV dudes vocals were rooooooooough at our show. Crowd seemed very into them though.

at our show, their live mix was SOOOO bad, at least from the pit. couldn't hear a single word he was saying between songs, and barely could hear anything but drums and bass. i got nervous that Blink was going to sound like shit after that, but luckily their mix was WAY better.

 

I was wondering if they were going on early because the show started earlier. Thanks!

 

I wish they had the Green Monster wall in it. And the colors of Fenway Park.

I stood in line at the merch table for about half an hour and was about 10 people from the front when they ran out.. so I had to jump on ebay to grab one. Very glad I did.

Yeah not digging the Fenway poster at all. Bummer. But hey, saving $50 lol

Low key perfect weather haha, not 100 degrees and gross and not raining. Looks like it’ll be low 70’s by the time they go on

Listening to Mark’s radio show now, Mark says the deluxe is coming in august with ‘a bunch of great songs’. Hype!
