So Turpentine has not been played at all? I’m sad because it seemed like that was the next single to push. The (now scrapped music video) and whatnot.

I still don’t understand why through all of these iterations of the set list, why “Down” remains a song that MUST be in the set every night. Not a bad song but there are so many other better ones they could swap it out for.

Down does nothing for me live and I wish they’d cut it. Maybe a hot take, but I feel the same way about Always too. Fine song, but there are so many other songs I’d rather hear

 

The only reason I could see them insisting to keep Down is because it’s a slower one, so they can take a little breather. But I dunno.

 

I saw they had changed merch company from TSHURT to someone else. I’m not gonna lie, these blink bunny posters for each date have ran their course imo. Been doing it for years, and changing the bunny so much it doesn’t event really look like the blink one. Is it just me that is a bit like meh now?

 

Down was a really huge single, I remember hearing it everywhere. It’s the kind of song that made it into hard rock stations, like Boulevard of Broken Dreams, at least here in Europe.

If I went to a show knowing Tom was gonna play a BCR song and got AVA instead, I’d be so pissed (and I like AVA).

 

Just need a group of people in the pit to do the Turpentine hand claps between each song with signs… grassroots that shit into the set list

 

Just noticed on the GATC videos that Travis is facing the opposite way of Mark and Tom in the round. Did they change that up so they aren’t neglecting the backside of the pit/crowd? Good move if so.

 

Travis doesn’t spin, just the perimeter of the stage where the Tom and Mark’s mic/pedals are.
