For $1,000 it better be the truth!

 

So I found a video of the show and woo boy, this rotating stage seems like a headache. Last night it was set up in these directions:

SONG 1-4: Forward
SONG 5-8: Right
SONG 9-12: Back
SONG 13: Right
SONG 14-16: Forward
SONG 17-19: Left
SONG 20-25: Forward

I have no idea what the benefits are to this stage design tbh. Seems like everyone has a worse viewing experience than they would if the just put the stage at the end of the arena like normal.

I think if Mark & Tom had headset microphones this gimmick would be a lot cooler, because they wouldn't be restricted to a specific spot while singing, but I'm sure that'd have drawbacks too.

 

Yeah… it’s annoying that I spent like $250 for GA to purposefully get front row to see them up close, but now I’m gonna have to spend over half the show just looking at their butts across the stage.

 

It at the *very least* shoulda been disclosed before people bought tickets where a different stage setup was shown.

 

Like its fine at the end of the day, but this was the first time ever I got pit tickets to try to be up front as close as possible and of course it's a rotating stage lol

 

I’ll also add that while it’s still up in the area how the stadium shows will be set up, I did notice that a month ago a lot of sections on the floor and lower bowl changed to “Limited View Seating.”
Thankfully the seats I bought are still fine (4th row lower bowl) but everything from the 10th row and back in my section now has that warning on the listings.

I would be pissed if I paid all that money and then they changed the seats to obstructed.

 

The stage moving was fine. Mark and Tom don’t stand in one spot Ava interact with all sides even when it’s not moving. I didn’t have any frustrations at all, but I get why some would.

 

Yeah I also am confused at how that will work for the Citi Field show. From what I recall, the stage is typically where the outfield is so unless they are selling tickets that are specifically behind the stage, seems dumb to use in a ballpark.

 

I bought "partial view" seats for Hartford, Section 100, Row N. Hoping they're going to be good still.

I also have tickets in the 700 section that I put up for sale but now debating if those might be better even though they're "further" away.

 

The new song sounds really good!

 

I'm just going to be moving around the whole stage while it's twirling around, pissing off all the people who are in my way.

 

Same, but I spent like $940 on the two tickets. Not what I paid for.

 

I’m seeing them from the seats in a stadium so I know my view is going to be bad lol, but I saw them from the rail during their coachella sets last year so I’m good!

 

Also made the stage look like it was a little further away from the barriers than the last tour. I got GA floor this time around too... but I'll get there 20 minutes before blink takes the stage anyway, so doesn't really matter.

Random thought that hits me every now and then, but I still can't believe this version of blink even exists.

Tom's back, absolutely huge tours (both in success and number of shows), they sound incredible because he puts in the full extent of his effort, (sort of) playing BCR and +44 songs live with absolutely no awkwardness or tension, great album released with tons of collaboration, two number 1 singles....and 7 months later they're already debuting new songs.

I never thought we would see it in a million years. I thought MAYBE the most we would ever get with Tom again are some half-assed album anniversary shows.... blink being his full-time commitment again seemed like a laughably impossible idea.

 

Idk, I think I liked Tom’s back better before the first break up.
