I didn’t pick up the album until the Friday after release. I remember being at the mall seeing Tomb Raider the same night.

 

Memories of TOYPAJ is being 13/14/15 and just being in high school and having it identify with my personality. Watched the Urethra Chronicles 2 almost daily, and just hung out with my friends, having sleepovers, playing video games and watching movies every single weekend. We all loved blink and TOYPAJ was our soundtrack for so long.

That being said, it sits around 4th on my list. Incredible and super important album to my DNA, but Untitled, Dude Ranch and EOTS I love more.

 

Amazing album. Ace fucking pushes his voice to the limits in some spots and it's great

 

Got the vinyl today and was able to give it a spin. Really digging it. That second half is real nice.

I think this is meant for the Early November thread. But yes their new album is amazing. Everyone go listen to it tomorrow.

I remember they did that at Jones Beach for night 2 with Chad also on guitar. I was pissed because the first night got Josie instead.

Not really expecting many older deep cuts so I’m just hoping to get as much of the new album as possible

 

this made me imagine them singing along to catchy NSFW blink lyrics without knowing what they are saying and made me chuckle.

 

I'm more amused picturing someone learning another language so they can buy CDs with Parental Advisory stickers without alerting their parents.

 

My parents are kind of conservative-right wing and bought me music that goes straight against their beliefs until I colud pay for those albums, poor guys.

The “Parental Advisory” sticker has no power here, when I started buying music I thought it was a record label or something.

 

Crazy the tour starts in just 5 days!

 

Glad I have an early date again this time. Hopefully they're all happy healthy and ready to go. 10 days for me!

 

My show isn’t til the 11th. If I was a stronger man, I would avoid any and all spoilers/setlists, etc. But alas…

Little too rational for the blink thread

 

Not even peaking into this thread for over a month actually sounds impossible.

 

How young do you think is too young for a kid to go to his first blink show?

 

If you worry about language/sex jokes, don't take them at all (obviously). If the crowd is the worry, the crowd last time was excellent. I was in the pit and there surprisingly wasn't pushing and and all that this time around. In tye past it was always chaos and pushing. There were several kids down there (who obviously couldn't see shit haha). Pit was tame enough I'm taking my wife this time who isn't a fan of "smashed and sweaty" shows haha. My first Blink show was 15. Hope that helps!

 

legit can’t even go a day without checking this thread *just* in case someone posted something. Blink takes a portion of my daily life it seems which is pretty sad but it is what it is.

 

I guarantee you aren’t the only one
