lol I can back that. I do have a soft spot for the absurdity that is Boxing Day and the bizarre Yelawolf feature.

 

I prefer the title track but this is close enough to accurate lol

1st song is probably the best ever AVA song

 

What are the final bets on OMT songs in the set? I think everything they were playing on the last leg will be there with the addition of Anthem and they will do Turpentine at least once before the end of the Australia run. Reallly hoping they open with Anthem 3.

i think that's an accurate list of OMT songs

 

California tour got 5 songs + 2 joke songs. Would be nice if they gave OMT the same treatment swapping songs in and out but doing 5 new ones every night.

Would love to hear literally every song get a debut. Would be awesome to see Tom go wild on Terrified and Mark do Bad News. Let Blink Wave take the Always. I know I am in the minority but FuckFace in the place of a joke song would be rad.

 

"Bad News" would blow my mind. I love that song so much. Classic TOYPAJ era sounding song.

 

That last spot would be a battle for Bad News/Blink Wave for me. I would say Terrified but I don't think they'd go for it.

 

Yeah it would be a special moment in the set given everything Mark has been through and how triumphant this blink return has been

 

Usually, you don't want to see a band play only new stuff, but OMT is one of those rare things where I'd actually love if they played the entire album front to back and then sprinkle in a handful of oldies in the encore. I wouldn't have said that with Neighborhoods, California, or maybe even Nine (which I love.)

Forever bummed Left Alone and Pin The Grenade didn't get a live debut. Feldman said in an interview it was neck and neck for a minute between Bored to Death and Left Alone as the first single.

 

They made the right choice in the end

 

I thought it was between BTD and Los Angeles and once Mark wrote the bridge to BTD they all decided it had to be that.

 

The After School with Skiba was good, it was funny when Mark yelled "We have a number one album together!" at the end lol

 

Would have been even worse if they didn't pick BTD.

 

Almost 12 hours til they hit the stage on Perth - if they play Turpentine I'm crowd-surfing down from my seats into the mosh

 

I’ve let enough time pass from release day to definitively say that Turpentine is a Top 5 Blink song. I’ll never get sick of it.
