and Fall Out Boy's last year and Alkaline Trio next week. wild times

Hopefully we will get new music from GC and NFG this year and it will be like 2001 and 2002 all over again.

This is random, but a Christian punk rock band that I used to listen to back in the day is one of the few bands whose guitar riffs ever came close to Dude Ranch. Obviously, the singer's voice is nothing like Tom's or Mark's, but the riffs are pretty similar.

And this is just regarding the intro riffs. That's the main focus here. These two in particular are stand outs:

Looks like the exact same set list as their last tour. So maybe it's just an older list they're running through? Hmmmmm

 

Feels like Australia is going to get the set from last year and they’ll roll out the “One More Time” tour set on June 20th

Hopefully they’re just using it as a starting point and will replace some. :s

 

I don’t think they are going to switch their set list until the ‘new’ tour officially starts in June along with a new stage set up etc.

Even though it’s a new year and the album dropped this tour is still part of the 2023 World Tour cycle. History of the band shows that they don’t really switch up the sets until the next tour starts.

So hopefully everyone remains calm until June.

I was always pretty luke warm on the idea of a Pop Disaster 2 tour, but the idea of Dookie, American Idiot, Untitled, and new songs would have been super rad. Rancid as an opener icing on the cake.
