I have never heard someone pronounce Turpentine the way Tom does in this lol

 

why is the digital album artwork different from the physical artwork? Doesn’t make sense to me. But whatev!

 

my assumption is for the sake of vinyl pressing and all physical media being done in time, they decided on the smiley artwork while *final* artwork was TBD.

 

i like all the different artwork. reminds me of when you could buy a pants cd, a plane cd, and a jacket cd.

 

Yes and I also don’t get why the vinyl doesn’t say One More Time… but the CD and tape does. But like you said whatev!

 

Just from that little clip of "Turpentine" - pretty cool time signature. Anyone know exactly what's going on there? Sounds like one bar of 6/8 with an extra bar of 2/4 added on. Still basically 8 total beats, but it still has the feel of 6/8. Maybe I would have to hear more measures of the song to tell lol.

 

I remember about a month ago someone on Reddit said there was a line in the song about sticking your dick in Ovaltine, which I didn't really want to believe, but knowing that Tom pronounces turpentine that way I am now fully expecting it. Still, song sounds sick.

 

Tom is a real poet.
