This is awful

 

I mean, this is probably the last thing to think right now, but I hope Travis is okay. With everything that happened with DJ AM and how hard that hit, I hope he's okay and has support after this. Not sure how close they were, but going on tour like next week must mean something.

 

I'm listening to their new record now and I'm probably projecting but each song title kinda makes me sad.

 

It's a shame he had to go out on being in some negative press not to long ago

 

Yeah, some of these are taking on a whole different meaning

 

Growing up blink and Linkin Park were two of my favourite bands. This sucks so bad. Shocked at the news.

He talks about (+44), neighborhoods, and DED. He says there was a lot more coming together on neighborhoods than comes across and DED was a conscious effort to push harmonies with tom and Mark. Good interview.

 

Today is my 30th birthday. Getting in the car to go to work and feeling old, first song that comes on the radio is WMAA. Fitting, and it made me laugh. I love this band lol

Yup...I initially thought the songs and lyrics were so sad when the album dropped, but dammit....the new stuff is just even more heartbreaking after whats happened.

I mean, I'm hoping it just auto corrected it to be uppercase since he uses it so much...but i agree

 

Even if it automatically capitalized, still really bugs me

 

Also, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen Mark post anything about Chester yet. Not that he has to, of course, but it's just weird to me that he hasn't, especially with the shows that were supposed to happen soon, and that the rest of the group have posted their thoughts.

Travis and Matt both have mentioned it. Mark is on vacation with his family, which might be partly the reason. Or he might be mourning in private.

Hope these guys are doing well with the news....it seems like they were becoming even more close with LP with all the activity they we're generating.

I feel bad thinking I would dislike a Blink and LP tour....now that'll it'll never happen...I'd give anything to see it. It's shame how that shit works. It really puts things into perspective and is an unfortunate reminder not to take anything for granted, even if it's not your in your interest.
