That's a tie. Maybe slight edge to Tom

 

Yeah, the Mark album.

 

Mark’s. The only songs I’d miss from Tom are Anthem Part Two, Reckless and Please Take Me Home.

 

Mark album for me, mostly on the strength of College, Wendy, and Look for You, but they’re both excellent.

Dumpweed (lyrics aside) is a top 5 Blink song for me though, so that’s a tough one to give up.

 

Wait, why is STFTK a Tom song?

 

I’d assume for balance, and because he sings the chorus, which is typically the most memorable part of a song.

 

I believe the song is written about the day Tom's parents broke up. So it's more of a Tom song, even though Mark sings the verses.

But fuck, I love Anthem. Very strong and underrated Tom song. I wish there was a version of Mark singing it.

 

I love Mark's verses in the song. I definitely think about those more than Tom's chorus, but maybe that's just me.

Ah, okay. I probably knew that 20 years (!!!) ago but forgot. Makes sense, although Mark's verses are easily the best part of that song.

Give it to both of them though, then they have the same number of tracks and Mark still wins by a country mile.

I agree. Anthem is one of my favorite Blink songs and most of favorite Blink songs are from Mark.

 

Judging from their merch site, looks like they are (thankfully) going back to the old merch guy (forget his name at the moment)

 

Where are we at with the new album?

 

Does that mean they'll stop using shitty Gildan shirts for their merch? If so, that's great. Otherwise, I'll never purchase another piece of Blink apparel again because of their use of Gildan material. Oversized sleeves, rough-feeling cotton, screen print fades too quickly, etc... Maybe they do make some higher quality shirts, but whatever gets used for band merch just sucks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
