"More Than You Know" feels like every era of the band rolled into one which is... A feat. To say the least. It's urgent, energetic, and has some interesting flourishes that keep it interesting. Super catchy too! "One More Time" has intro track energy and it's almost too personal to be relatable beyond the three people who wrote it. And that's a really cool thing in its own right. But I don't see it being a song I return to very often.
Both of these songs rock so hard and that's coming from someone who never really got into them to the level of most people on here.
Edging?! I've been a blink fan since Enema, and that's by far the worst blink-182 single I've ever heard. I've listened to it three total times, once to hear it, another to confirm I couldn't stand it, and another time live at Coachella. So I'll be hearing it one more time live next month at When We Were Young 2023 then skipping it every time it comes up on the album.
It absolutely does. And I think I felt partially let down by the song because I love Stockholm Syndrome so much. It's not bad, just hits kind of weird to me.
I think we’re all just flabbergasted, I knew they could do it, maybe some are shocked, how a band that led us into our musical journey so long ago and has such a hold. Our individual expectations on such a band(at least for me) is impossible to explain in words. I for one, adore it..and reminds me of how music has saved me and wish I could say the same for my loved one lost who started me on my music journey with this band and my current career with music. All thanks to these guys. We’ll all rejoice when the entirety comes upon us
