Blink-182 will be playing Bethesda’s E3 this year: That’s right, the punk rock band famous for “What’s My Age Again” and “All the Small Things” will perform following Bethesda’s E3 showcase on Sunday. In addition to the concert, attendees can check out demos and interviews about the games the company is presenting. Expand - View Original
If we were talking about a company that didn't have quite a bit of high profile things both confirmed and rumored to be shown, sure. However, Bethesda does in fact have that so no. This is just an extra thing to put on top of an already stacked pile.
Last year was Bethesda's first conference, and they ended up being one of the best parts of that entire E3. I trust they know what they're doing. :)
It's also worth noting that this is part of a post-show for attendees, not the actual conference itself.
What else does Bethesda have right now? I've heard of a Skyrim remaster and Dishonored 2. I feel like I'm forgetting some stuff.
Wolfenstein 2017, Prey 2 (rebooted - is called a "spiritual successor" to System Shock 2), The Evil Within 2, Their Elder Scrolls Card Game, new Fallout IV DLC, and other stuff could be there.
I would not consider Skyrim remastered and sequels to The Evil Within and Wolfenstein to be a stacked pile...
