think if it just gaplessly transitioned to the next song it'd be fine, but yeah the ending is strange as is

Anthem Pt 3 is everything I have been hoping for. Holy shit, this is great.

 

Bad News is dope too.

 

Am I the only one hearing "We'll go, terrified" not "Welcome, terrified"?

 

Watched the interview and listened to the leak 1 time through (been playing the singles non stop). This entire year for blink has exceeded my expectations. This album feels fresh, raw, creative, innovative, passionate, etc. I’m so happy for the guys and so happy to be a fan.

To hear a song like Bad News in 2023 from blink and have it feel so original is amazing.

blink-182 life. for life.

 

This should be in my Apple Music library in a little more than 3 hours. Stoked.

 

whoever pointed out that bad news also sounds a bit like MCS is right and it somehow made the song even better

It's weird that "Fell in Love" is becoming the unanimous "weak" spot on the album. Edging is very clearly the worst thing on here.

 

After listening to the album 3 times last night I'm going to really try and refrain until its properly up on streaming (or whenever my vinyl arrives).

But I still can't get over how good this is.

 

Listened to the leak twice, but I'm currently listening on an NZ Spotify account so that all of my listens at least go toward the band.

This new album is amazing. I can't stop thinking about the fact that these songs exist.

edging is definitively my least favorite. then when we were young. everything else is solid imo. even fell in love, which is for sure corny and i don't vibe with some of the lyric choices, but that hook is catchy as hell and i still enjoy it.

 

the band reuniting and making this album was worth it just so we could all have turpentine.

Yeah that makes more sense, wouldn't surprise me the lyric sheet is wrong when so much of it is wrong and missing lyrics already lol

 

ha yeah, I just dont get edging. I don't think its good at all and it doesn't fit in to me what so ever.

 

I was baffled that people were riding so hard for it when it dropped, and it's even crazier now that we know that the band had actual good songs in them.

 

Edging is great and Fell In Love is much, much weaker

"One More Time" is probably my second least favorite, but I do largely enjoy this album. 100% better than I thought it was going to be based off of the initial songs. They saved the best songs for the record.
