I watch videos like that haha but I stick to vocal coach or musician reactions rather than just some rando. Justin Hawkins from The Darkness has an entertaining channel for that. I remember Hayley Williams being blown away that he reacted to their songs haha
I’ve only watched two of the Justin Hawkins ones but they were both great. (The 1975 - Part of the Band and Blink - OMT, although he was definitely a little out of it for the latter, haha.)
The ones I randomly stumbled on here and there that I remember kind of enjoying were LayedBak and the kinda corny white guy whose videos were like "Rap fan hears System of a Down for the first time" or whatever whose name I can't remember. He was def a little goofy but I enjoyed some of his reactions to bands I like. And it was never regular viewing, it was always it's 1 AM and I'm laying in bed on my phone and randomly watch(ed) some of them lol. I also watched a couple vocal coaches react to some things too.
Reaction channels kinda peaked early with Bigquint and those who went viral reacting to The Force Awakens teaser back in the day
Does anyone watch the voice coach Sam Johnson? His reactions were fun, he is way more sporadic these days though
I hate the "vocal coach" reactions that don't even attempt to teach things and are nothing but praise though
Two very different songs. Love that riff on UAN even if we've heard it 50 different ways. Edging is just fun and as others have said celebratory. It represents blink's return as a band. Certainly not their best song but it is fun and I enjoyed seeing them back together in the video.
this is legitimately the only website i actually enjoy visiting besides my highly curated youtube feed
Really, chorus.fm is one of the few places where I'm confident my enjoyment and headspace is going to leave more positive than it came. Everything else is filled with such vitirol whether social media, sports sites, news, entertainment....etc. As for blink, wow I can't wait. Love the new song.
