I WANT TO GO ON RECORD and say that users here are historically great at separating album discussions from band discussions but this has just not been the case for blink. That’s all!! 98% of all blink discussions have been in the blink thread! Don’t tell me I’m crazy!

I don't think at all that you shouldn't talk about a new album in the band thread, that wouldn't make sense. There's also no rules, it's just an internet forum. Simply, in my eyes, a band thread is for everything about that band (historically, just a ton of ranking and comparing and blah blah) where the album thread mostly is about the new release, it's not that crazy

 

I’d say just post in this one for the foreseeable future until the OMT album cycle fades like we do with literally every album for every band on this forum

 

Let’s rank lead singles in this thread. And go.

Whereas the Blink thread is on it's third iteration, and each thread has had over 30K posts in it. Trying to see "what did people say in the lead up to California" in that is difficult.
