It's cool, but the lenticular piece is just glued on to a black version of the casing. Photos on discogs do it justice: https://www.discogs.com/release/28647475-Blink-182-One-More-Time/image/SW1hZ2U6MTAxODQ3NDU3
The more I listen, Childhood feels like my least favourite song on this album. Tom's voice distortion makes me uncomfortable.
I'm not getting my hopes up, I'm expecting basically what they're playing now (DWM, OMT, Edging, MTYK) plus maybe one or two more (Anthem 3 or YDKWYG?). I'd love more though, I need Blink Wave to be on the setlist
Surgery went well. Can’t wait to make my brother and his gf listen to the album on the drive back home. Just seen that the two new songs ended up on streaming services, Neighborhoods (Deluxe Edition) style? I’ll check that and catch up on what I missed the past few days as well
Childhood is my favorite song at the moment. Maybe not the best on the album, but it’s fucking good. Hits all the feels right now.
Also, I’ll never stop finding it weird to “edit” track lists or resequence an album right after it came out.
I don’t think me changing the order of the tracks or cutting out songs I don’t enjoy damages their artistic integrity all that much lol
I'm with you Greg to a certain extent. I really dislike manipulation of an artist's work. I think changing song order around or removing them is not something I agree with so I don't do it but people do and to each their own in that regard. I don't see it as a major thing. Now remixing and doing all of that shit crosses that line hard for me. That's something I'd get upset about.
Yeah, I agree that remixing and stuff is pretty dumb. Mostly because it’s really hard and redditors suck at it. But the idea of songs being out of order or skipped being wrong is just kinda silly to me. I mean, shuffle mode exists haha
Yeah I've always been an album guy, I will never change the order or skip songs. Just feels wrong to me.
I’m also an album guy. But I’m also a to each their own guy and it just seems silly to pretend not being an album guy is wrong.
