There are noticeable gaps in the schedule both before and after the NYC date. They don't think they can do 2 nights do they?? That would be absolutely wild. The venue holds 42,000 people.
Foo Fighters play a few days before, could just be for the grass to not have much pressure on it mid season lol
After California came out they had a steady rotation of 6 songs on the setlist. I am hoping OMT gets the same treatment. A case could be made for just about every song to get a live debut. It is cool that the Untitled 20th is this year and they are focused on the new record that crushes. I love Untitled butt I am happy to see them focused on the present and not the past currently.
God I hope there isn't dynamic pricing. My buddy sent me the price levels. Ranges from $200 to $18.50 per ticket.
Citi Field already having Foo Fighters, Blink 182 and Green Day/Smashing Pumpkins/Rancid on their 2024 calendar has got to be the best concert lineup they've ever had.
Pretty sure for Fenway whatever the presale tomorrow is will be littered and destroyed with dynamic pricing.
They should do 3 sets and open each with a different Anthem. New Stuff: Anthem Pt. 3, Deep Cuts: Anthem, The Hits: Anthem Pt. 2. Thank me for this later Mark!
I’ll be splurging to get good tickets to this. The only time I’ve seen Blink was on the 2009 reunion tour with Weezer and they honestly were absolutely awful. However seeing videos of recent performances and loving the new album has me wanting to see them at all costs.
As someone who saw them in the 90's/early 00's, late 00's/early 10's and then this year, I do have to conceed they've significantly improved.
Is Mark doing the backing "oh ohhh" in Terrified? I also am now convinced it's "we'll go", it makes more sense with the lyrics. Love how this album is fully up to interpretation: Is it about friendship rekindling? Are they doing callbacks to other songs? Are the lyrics even real/correct/match the lyric insert?
