The two simplest, shortest songs (not the joke ones, duh) are by far the best ones, imo.

 

Just got to "Sober". Holy crap this song rocks.

 

I've had Skiba's "WHAT'S THE POINT OF SAYING SORRY NOW" stuck in my head all day.

 

If you're eating shit and grinning, today's probably not your day anyway.

 

Home is Such A Lonely Place is so good.

 

This is pretty good.


this is my first Blink album. Always enjoyed their singles, but Tom always rubbed me the wrong way. Plus I love Alkaline Trio so this is a perfect place to start probs haha.[spoiler/]

 

Just found out this leaked and literally jumped out of my bed with the biggest grin on my face. So excited to blast this all day long.

 

You're gonna love it.

I'm definitely a fan. Really good stuff. I can see why some people are disappointed though. Reminds me a lot of Future Hearts, just better

 

If this is like Future Hearts then I will love it. Not as much as that album though, cause I'm an ATL fanboy

Now that I'm listening to this album, I don't either save for a few songs.

Maybe just that it's a Feldmann produced polished pop rock album?

 

This is pretty good. I actually like Matt Skiba's vocals a lot on this.

 

Cynical is such an excellent way to open an album.

 

Finally listening to this. "Cynical" is a solid opener, really like Matt's background vocals during Mark's parts. "Bored to Death" is still really good.

 

After listening to this 6 or 7 times, I like it a lot. The first half is definitely weaker than the second, in my opinion. But I think everything from Teenage Satellites through California is great. Really really catchy songs. In a way it reminds me of ADTR, some cheesy parts but the melodies are ear candy. Early favorites are Cynical, No Future, Home..., San Diego, The Only Thing That Matters, and California.

 

I love this record, but I do not understand the love for Home Is Such a Lonely Place... incredibly generic if you ask me. Everything is else is between good and great, Sober and Cynical being my top two.

 

I liked the song bored to death and rabbit hole was alright I guess. I was pretty dissapointed with "no future". They are kinda farting on the legacy of the band with that track.

 

Really hoping this is my reaction. Waiting for the release Friday so I can stream from Google Play. Hoping it resonates a bit more than the songs I've heard.

 

as some one who thought neighborhoods was complete shit, im enjoying this. its just a bit long.

 

California the song reminds me so much of Tiny Boxes (the intro song to Weeds).

 

So for someone who's not well versed in the genre but enjoys this album (and Blink-182 in general) greatly, what other bands are good? (I think someone mentioned A Day To Remember?)

 

Can anyone post the hi-res artwork for this album? I like the all black version but I'll take whatever I can get lol.

 

I've only listened once, but I'm not into this. There are some solid songs on here (I love "Cynical"), but overall this falls flat. I'll give it a few more spins though.
