It so was. I may have gotten dehydrated, almost heat exhaustion by the end of the night, but all of that pictured, getting to tell Mark what their music means to me, and literally being front and center on the rail before the stage in the pit makes it totally worth it and perfect

The just before break up live concerts around 2005 they were knocking them out at close to 2x

 

I just all of a sudden became really excited for my date

17 days!

 

As you should be, they sound great and the set list rotation has been a fun time

Lol that's how he always looks. Wen we did the meet and greet hangout Mark and Matt sat with us on a circle couch and talked(one of the VIPs talked so much I really only got to mention how much their music meant to me all these years and how much I like the new CD), Travis just hung out in the corner talking to a tour rep he seemed shy. But when we asked him for a pic with him and me (didn't post here), and to sign the CD he was super polite and happy to do it. So we're Mark and Matt, and I have to say Matt is super super polite. Always addressed my fiancé as m'am and everything

 

Matt has always been that way, he litteratly is a people person and loves meeting them aha. It's weird you know, about 3 years ago I lost my home and everything in a fire. About 4 months after it happened I went to a Trio show, for whatever I felt compelled after the show to tell Matt what happened. I thought he wouldn't care, but he actually got choked up when I told him the story but he also got a huge smile on his face after I told him how much his music helped me through that time. Point being is that it's always awesome to see how gracious the people you look up to are.

 

Yeah all three of them were sincerely gracious. When I mentioned how much their music has impacted me and helped me over the years, Mark just smiled and said Thanks man, but you could see in his face that even though he's probably heard that thousands of times he meant it

 

No doubt. I'm sure regardless of how many times they hear it, it's still surreal for them. In Marks mind it's more like hey my silly music had impacted so many people and that's awesome ! Aha.

That's amazing. The Trio guys are so awesome. I met Dan after a Revival Show date and he personally called my friend's brother who is a huge Trio fan and couldn't make it to the show. He ended up talking to him for like twenty minutes, giving him life advice and cheering him up, as he was really bummed out about this job that he didn't get. We all knew Dan was a good guy, but we were kinda blown away by that haha.
