Cool to see so many people in here going to the Mansfield show. I'll be there! Almost bought a lawn ticket to the CT show today too haha.

I'm willing to put together a list of who's going to be at what date if everyone is interested. Thoughts?

If you're into it, quote me, @reply me, or shoot me a PM and I will compile it when I get back from Vegas on Thursday.

  10. I preordered self titled and remember receiving it with a shirt in the mail the day before release. I was 14. For whatever reason I remember putting it into the DVD player and blasting it through the TV in the living room before my mom got home. In hindsight it was probably the loudest way I could've listened to it so that was probably why.

I don't remember hearing it and really having any thoughts about it sounding a lot different than their previous albums. Like, I recognized that it was different, but I didn't give a shit or really make much note of it. I just knew it was new Blink and I loved it no matter what. Sometimes I wish I could listen to music that innocently again haha.

Keep 'em coming. I have another hour of waiting at the airport before I have to leave so I'm starting to put this thing together.

    Keep on moving. Busy street.

I was 12 when Neighborhoods came out. It was the first time in my life that I was excited for the release of an album. I remember after listening to it for the first time I started telling all my friends that it was blink's best record. Thinking back I probably said that because it also was the first blink album I listened to in full. It's funny how things change.

I'm still stoked on Neighborhoods, haha. I remember listening to Up All Night for the first time, it felt like magic or something. Then seeing them live before the record came out, being so in love with After Midnight and Ghost on the Dancefloor. I like every song on that record, even love a few. It's just too unfocused and bloated compared to the rest of their work.

Of course neighborhoods does have a couple of cool songs. It is still not a good album though.

I tricked myself into liking it at first, but it does not really hold up at all, except for a few. I hope they will somehow keep after midnight.

I still find up all night to be a very underwhelming song.
