Guys, I'm strongly considering finally getting a blink tattoo. If I end up loving California - which I bet I will - I think I'm gonna do it.

 

i think it'll sell better than Neighborhoods did, but won't be anything huge at all.

 

I don't think it will be huge, either. But if it opens bigger than Neighborhoods, I think they will see that as a huge win.

 

Oh it would indeed be a huge win. Following up to a somewhat lackluster album with a new member replacing Tom, all the while 7 years of dwindling album have gone by..that would be huge!

 

Neighborhoods was released on my 15th birthday so I'm still nostalgic for that record and it's actually in the upper half of blink's discog for me but I know that's an unpopular opinion.

 

How much do album sales even matter in the age of streaming

 

Well they count streaming in sales now right? I don't think they did when Neighborhoods came out. Considering how well Bored has done, and seems like alot of positive hype for this album, tour has sold out seven dates so far, plus a SUMMER blink album. I feel like no question this does better than Neighborhoods.
