I'm going to be on every Blink related website tomorrow refreshing every 15 seconds. I have a good feeling about tomorrow/this week. Ugh!

 

That's my work schedule for tomorrow as well.

 

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we get something before 3am EST tonight.

Chicago's alternative radio station is announcing their big summer music fest tomorrow. Hoping for blink!

 

I am hoping your limb is right.

 

Hopefully with the world premiere of Bored to Death to go with it.

I am expecting a song premiere end of April like they said. I think in addition they will say the song goes to radio early May as the website suggests. I think along with the song premiere they will either announce a tour or say that a tour will be announced shortly after.

 

I didn't really go to clubs or anything. Just hung out at a bar called Robbie's over on Seabreeze. The club scene here is awful.

 

I wasn't a club guy either. I will look up where we went. The pool decks and hotel rooms were clubs essentially. Going to a bar was a nice change of pace to some normal human behavior haha, so it's still possible.

 

I listened to that today and thought the exact same thing. It has the hooks, vocals, lyrics, and most importantly, the explosiveness of DR era songs. The only place that song could've used some work was the last chorus, it got too repetitive hearing just mark. Some nice harmonies from Tom or something would've rocked, that's what made blink awesome when they were working as a group lol.

 

That last chorus is one of my favorite parts of the song due to the halftime change/Travis' drumming. You're the worst for putting that in my brain because now I just want to hear what that would have sounded like haha. That would have been amazing, wow.

 

Haha sorry, I ruined it for myself. Youre definitely right about that though, Travis's drumming throughout and especially there that keeps the song fun.

I forgot my headphones at home, so obviously they're going to release a new song today.

 

Was wondering how long this would take. Not bad, the thread held out a while from the terrible puns.
