Just got done watching this little gem. It's interesting in an eleven song set how much more singing Mark did than it seemed like he did when I saw them on the MCR tour a few years ago. Also, I stayed at this "resort" and Boys Like Girls were playing lol. Finally, the camera man that keeps doing the barrel roll pan in(out) has me cracking up. No one does that any more.

  2. This is my favorite video of a full Blink set:

I remember watching this on tv when it first aired and recording it on VHS. I was so pumped to see a full set from them on television.

Honestly I'm pretty happy they don't speed songs up like they used to.

  5. Fun (ir)relevant fact: A few of my friends and I randomly bought plane tickets yesterday to go to Australia in November, haha.

That would have been cool to see. They sounded so good back then. And Tom wanted to be there. We didn't have Much Music at my house then. I do remember taping the '99 Woodstock special NBC had that was hosted by Danny Masterson lol.

Also, @bradsonemanband does that trip have some sort of Blink tie? Still awesome regardless haha

haha I love how every song is at 100mph.
Also such a weird choice to play Adams Song, I guess it was a single around then, but still.

  8. Nope. Nothing related to Blink at all. But round trip tickets to Sydney were less than $600 so we hopped on it, haha.

And I just realized I didn't post the video I meant to link to when I posted that originally.... hahaha. I'm an idiot.

    I mean to post this:

  9. So I don't think I've posted this since the site move, but I figure I will now. I went all secret agent and found the filming locations for a bunch of Blink music videos, as well as some other cool Blink related places. I've updated it with some new stuff since the last time I posted it, anyways.

Haha I love that as well. Makes sense considering the bands they were touring with at the time. I like in Adam's Song that they don't have a piano track going at all.

Damn, that's sick. Where did you find that deal? I have a bunch of points built up for a couple trips and trying to decide how and when to use them.

I live here - well Daytona Beach area. I remember when this happened. I was too young to go.

Wow, small world. I stayed down there for Dayton 2 Daytona in May a few times. I like the surf shop across the street from this hotel. Always found something cool that's ended up lasting a long time. Also, I am not a big arcade guy, but I love the Daytona arcade lol.

Speaking of travel, I wish we could do a big chorus/ap meet up at one of these shows or festivals they are playing.

Oh you Dayton to Daytona group get rowdy! Haha I used to love partying with everyone from that group when it came through. I no longer drink though so I never know when the group is here. Are you talking about the arcades on the boardwalk or the one at Daytona Lagoon? That's the water park, arcade, laser tag, go cart place.

I am guessing we are a love/hate group down there. We bring in some decent money, but I am sure there are tons of headaches as well. That's cool you used to kick it with the group. UD is known for being very inclusive. Very community oriented, but rowdy haha.

I think both are popular with the group. I know we would do the go-karts and laser tag during the day for something different, but the boardwalk always seemed like where everyone ended up after pool and bar close.

You all definitely bring in money. I don't consider any of ya a headache. Sure there are some bad apples - but that's with any group. It was always a fun time though. It would be weird if we hung out before. Haha

Yeah, that would be ridiculous, but totally awesome if we did haha. I gotta believe the odds are low, but crazier things have happened I suppose.

Another Andy Black song is streaming. Didn't he finish his record with Feldman AFTER blink did..?

If anything, we gotta be close to an announcement. Make Monday a better day with some blinkage

It's been 5 weeks since Musink. We've got to get some kind of announcement this week right? Assuming the tour starts just after X-Games, it's less than two months away. If things go the way we've been predicting, we could be hearing a new single/getting a tour and album announcement Friday and buying tickets to shows a week from Tuesday or something :-O
