I really don't understand why they didn't just make these joke songs into real songs. They have some great hooks musically. Shame.

It's pointless. Music is fine, but it's just not even funny.

Yeah, I don't really understand the need for this one.

 

Yeah, these need to stop doing these short "joke songs". At least make them into a full song so it feels worthwhile.

That is just bad. At least brohemian. And pool had decent melodies.

 

Now I have to listen to Misery and Parking Lot to not be so annoyed with how much of a waste of songwriting that song is.

...i don't even get it. dumb song buuuut whatever. it's 35 seconds. i can handle it, haha.

 

These joke songs really seem so forced. Like, they did funny songs before, but all were full length and catchy (A New Hope, Ben Wah Balls, even Happy Holidays You Bastards). It's like they've realised the record is more serious, but don't want to accept it? I don't know, so annoying...

 

I guess its about the pregnant person not wanting to have sex while pregnant in fear of getting more pregnant so he'll do it himself?

 

i think it's Feldmann saying "WE NEED A JOKE SONG! YOU GUYS ARE FUNNY! YOUR FANS LOVE THOSE OLD JOKE TRACKS! FAMILY REUNION IS A CLASSIC! LET'S GET MORE OF THOSE!!!!" (it's in all caps because that's how i imagine John talks - because coffee)

 

ah! ok... that makes more sense and is slightly funny, i guess. but yeah still... dumb song, haha. the music is cool though.

 

I like it, it's fine for what it is

 

They should have just put the joke song on a bonus disc or something...

 

I came here to post this exact thing. haha. I loved listening to this. It's like Mark just got lazy while writing an actual song and decided to use a shitty joke and cut the length down to 20 seconds.
