My favourite of the pop punk bands was Yellowcard. That said, there was always a distinct difference between others I liked such as Blink, NFG, MXPx and others mentioned above. There were copy cat bands at that time too who tried to sound like the trend, but most of those bands didn’t last or have any notoriety for their musical contributions.

Simple Plan was another band that did well from the era that I didn’t really listen too much.

Thats fair. I had zero expectations when I listened to a song, BCKYRD, and was pleasantly surprised. Song had a summery groove, punk elements and having two vocalists caught my attention. But like any band it’s not for everyone.

Same here, I keep trying. Same for Free Throw where I just cannot get into them but I try so hard.

I will say for Hot Mulligan there was an EP released last year that I did return back to a few times.

Yeah that's when I kind of checked out - though right around that time we also had The Swellers, Direct Hit! & Mixtapes - now there's some good pop punk.

Damn, The Swellers were such a great band. I wish they'd get back together and at least release some new tunes.

Fireworks is another pop punk band I absolutely adore. Gospel and Oh, Common Life are amazing. Gospel is my "Dude Ranch" of the 2010's.

Simple Plan get too much hate/ignore for literally no reason. They may be in their 40s but still making better pop punk than all those Neck Deeps altogether.
I’m very stoked for their upcoming single with Deryck from SUM41!

absolutely kills me that posture doesn't get more love. i am satan and the new one are modern pop-punk classics imo with just the right amount of blink worship

also, absolutely love hot mulligan and when i saw them live i got the sense that they are the modern day TBS for a lot of people.

here is a posture & the grizzly song that i love, but make sure you stick around for the whole thing because the last minute and a half or so is where it really shines

Sum 41 and Simple Plan did well on MuchMusic (MTV equivalent), but its always hard to know how their success translates in other countries. Not they are pop punk, but I know Billy Talent supposedly does well in Germany based on what I’ve heard. I’m not big into any of those bands, but they all seems to be really good at their thing and I don’t mind the songs I know.

Simple Plan does well pretty much anywhere outside of the U.S. for some reason.

Probably a replica and not an actual bass considering it's himynameismark post.

I do wish they would re-release the TD strat & Hoppus bass from Fender though. I have the original TD strat in surf green but I'm scared to play it because I know I can't get another one easily, haha.

It's a real bass. They've been teasing it for months.

Oh shit, I stand corrected! do you have any more info? Is it going to be super limited and expensive?

Limited, I'm sure. No clue on price. He's played the prototype pretty regularly on his Twitch streams.
