TOYPAJ is easily the top 1 or 2 fav blink records for many within a certain age range at least. They were definitely at the peak of their popularity.

 

Nah blink made a great album in Nine. Give it a few more years and it's gonna be the Pinkerton of blink's discography.

 

Also I completely forgot about this guy and his amazing acoustic covers!

One of my buddies is new to the band and asked what the best Blink-182 songs were so I threw together this playlist. Tried to leave off the big hits, but what did I miss?

Virgin Radio apparently said the album is releasing February

I’d be very surprised but imagine they did have an album out for the tour starting. Already subverted expectations by announcing the reunion alongside a tour and a song.

But given they still seem to be recording, add in Christmas etc. I find it hard to believe.

 

Very hard to believe a february release. I'd expect a May release or right before the North American leg of the tour.
No chance Travis is still in the studio working on ideas and getting an album 2.5 months from now.

February for a new song definitely makes sense because it'll be right before their March tour/festival dates.
I'd assume we'd get that new single alongside new album art and track-listing as well as more pre-order stuff. (more vinyl variants, clothing, etc.)

Judging by the last few albums, two months seems to be the standard between the time the album is announced and when it's released. If the album were dropping in February, I would expect everything to be announced ASAP, so I tend to agree that that's a little too optimistic.

Baseless guess here is album announcement and new song in February, album drops in April, maybe even get a third song released in there around the time of their Central and South America dates.

Hopefully I'm wrong and the album comes out next week though.

 

If they actually dropped an album in late February I would throw up. I have a very hard time believing that given the tour and how often they are still tracking parts on insta stories. Also, this album seems like a late Spring or early Summer type of release. Would be odd to drop a triumphant comeback record in mid-winter before a giant Summer tour. All that being said I would be PSYCHED to get this album as soon as possible. I would prefer not to have half the album out before it actually drops. I like that all we have is edging right now.
