Pulley is my favorite skate punk band.

I had the expletive Pulley album when I was a young’n and, one day, I walked into my local record shop and they were playing a new album by what sounded like Pulley to me. When I asked the worker, they said it wasn’t Pulley, it was a band called Craig’s Brother. #CraigsBrother

 

Great band.Ryan Key from Yellowcard was member of the band for some time too.

 

Fun repressed memory fact: I used to talk to one of the CB interim/temporary guitarists on AIM when I was like 16 and, after a while, he started sending me unsolicited links to x-rated/dirty cartoon strips. I was old enough to be like “this is weird, bro” and I stopped talking to him. I had completely blocked it from my memory for years but when I remembered I was proud of myself and felt very lucky that teen me ejected swiftly from whatever that was.

The world needs a Box Car Racer reunion so we can get a pro-shot live set. The videos online are all super low quality. Would love to see it.

 

I saw them live at their 2nd show I believe… it was pretty bad outside of the excitement of seeing Tom and Travis.

 

They were horrendous live in all honesty haha.

 

Tom was heckin’ wasted for all those shows
