Mark playing Tom’s guitar is pretty surreal to look at. Haha. Still hasn’t sunk in that these guys are fully back.

 

Local shop here in NL, when i placed my order they said it wouldn’t be delivered until January.

 

My initial thought too. The hoops my brain had to jump through for the photo to make sense hahaha

 

can you imagine if we still didn't know if Tom was back, and then Mark posted a pic of himself playing Tom's guitar in Travis' studio? hahaha

Because its the opener line for Tom's return, I give it a pass, but yes anytime someone above the age of 30 is saying he's a punk rock kid it live in cringe land for me.

 

It’s about as cringe as half of the lines on the last two blink albums

 

“I was a teenage teenager”

 

That’s a much better line.

I wish blink would write one song half as good as that Green Day song where they sing "here comes the shock" 114 times

 

I remember a while back before the announcement there was a photo from Travis' studio and had the Tom Delonge Gibson visible in the photo. The consensus in the comments wherever I saw this was "Well, maybe Tom gave one of his production models to Travis as a gift."

Tbh, I'd love for this album to be what Neighborhoods should've been. As much as I love that album, it's very obvious they weren't on the same page for chunks of it, and it was fragmented by recording separation and Tom still trying to push his current songwriting into it.

Now that Tom's spent years working with Ilan and his songwriting is more open and slightly more versatile than the first 4 AVA albums, and the fact that he actually wants to be in Blink this time around, I can see this album having some absolute bangers.

 

TOYPAJ era strat. Can’t believe I found this on Craigslist. There are some dings on it, but it’s in really good shape and plays great for a 20 year old battle axe!

 

I usually hate all these ,,If blink wrote…” videos but I think that this one actually pretty amazing and capturing the actual blink feeling more than last 3 albums (Nine,Cali,Neighborhoods)

Everything about this just feels right.Get this guy as producer haha
