WOW Boston was rough. Loge went from $149, to $331, to $229. I was able to snag some at $229 which HURT.

Friend also snagged us Long Island tickets in the 200s sections.

 

Lmao absolutely fuck those prices. Gonna just get a ticket for Adjacent fest whenever that happens.

 

I finally got through, and everything was basically gone except for 2 seats in the upper deck for $277 each. NOT official platinum tickets.
I know someone who got in quick and got lower bowl seats for $170 each, and someone who got upper deck for $140 each. Dynamic pricing applies to all tickets, not just platinum. There was even a link describing how it works when I was in the waiting room. Such bullshit.

 

Welp, I probably overpaid but I got 4 tix to Barclay's and 2 to MSG.

 

It's not Ticketmaster, it's band/promoter/management opting in to dynamic pricing.

 

Got tickets to Toronto. Not the ones I wanted, but I’m happy to just be there

 

Yeah dude lol. I don’t how long their going to be around this time and figured I needed to splurge. It was dynamic pricing for the pit so I’m sure I got screwed big time from the original price.

 

Well.. that was a whirlwind. I had 2 lower bowl seats ready to go, but then got an error message during the checkout which sent me back to the map, but with the checkout timer still going. I had to release the tickets and start over. But just when I got back in, a bunch of floor seats popped up so I was able to snag 12th row behind the pit. $545 after fees. Oy..

 

if LA's prices are over $100 for a decent ticket, i'm going to wait it out and just plan on going to one of the festivals, and buy my tickets when it's closer to the date and they're more affordable, haha.

and now I can’t even find terrible balcony seats for $229….what a joke

 

Damn. I have no faith for St. Paul to be any easier

 

Does this mean the presales for the rest of this week and the Monday regular sale are likely to remain at those Platinum ticket prices?

 

Tried to get pit for Tampa for almost 40 minutes and almost got there multiple times. Ended up with floor seats on the isle. I truly hate Ticketmaster and what they’ve done to this process.

 

$150 tickets available in Boston again. I still can't afford that though =(

 

Yeah, I pulled the plug. I’ll try my luck catching releases or watch the secondary market as the show gets closer. I got basically the best seat in the house for MCR at the Garden for less than half of face just last month by doing exactly that.

Lower bowl are now at $407.50 with fees. Lol.

 

Ok based on everyone’s experiences, I may decide to hold off. Probably won’t shoot my shot unless they’re under $200

 

Just a heads up, don’t count on there being much in the upcoming sales. Ticketmaster does not hold inventory back like they used to.

Pricing should theoretically return to the baseline, but will shoot up again quickly with the queue flooding.

 

Ah yes, selected some RoMoFiHo “VIP” tickets. $500 each that include two drinks. So sick.

I’ll wait and try my best at general onsale before I pull the trigger on that horseshit.

Anyone know what the MSG face value tickets were? Got in and it looked like GA Pit was $350 + fees, floor/lower bowl was similar.

 

Had yet to try to get tix to something with the tm dynamic pricing, struck out here but I feel like I at least learned a bit how it works. Waiting room had me 2000+ in line for Boston, I got in around 10:10. After a few refreshes, the GA floor "early entry" tix showed up for $299 plus fees (too rich for my blood). At one point shortly after, $250 GA floor tix for the "blink 182 presale" popped up. Hesitated cuz that's still a lot and I wasn't convinced that was face...long story short, those same tix are periodically coming back up at $331 plus fees (presale, not "platinum"). I'm curious to know what they were for people who were in right at 10.

 

And dynamic pricing is offered as an option to opt in to by… ?

 

Wound up getting some really decent LOGE seats for an embarrassing price. But the stress is over, the view will be great, and this is why I have a bucket in my savings account for "fun shit." LOL

I am way more excited about this than anticipated. I'm like, giddy and feeling like I'm 14 again getting to see them for the very first time.

 

dont know if boston was more but for hershey my ga pit ticket was 179 plus fees
