Stadiums would be super ambitious unless they had another big band in addition to Paramore. Turnstile is blowing up, but they aren’t that big. I see it being more an arena/amphitheater tour with very high demand.

while we’re changing stuff can they get rid of the 6th arrow now? Ruined the smiley logo, it looks so bad and cluttered

I honestly, and I know this might sound odd, love to see them get way more current. Like the first single should fuckin feature Olivia Rodrigo or something, and go in a totally different direction like do something more in the direction of Turnstile. Kind of why I loved Blame It On My Youth, but it feels like they're a little trapped.

Guys…they ain’t playing arenas or stadiums.

  8. I just don’t want them to play our amphitheater here. The sound is badddd.

  9. So you’re not gonna go to their Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse date? :scream:

They're definitely an arena/amphitheater band, but not stadiums.

    I will 100% go.

    But will 20,818 others go?

Ah I missed that. Stadium still seems way too ambitious. Feel like we've seen that quite a bit lately though, bands shooting way too high on venues

    Absolutely they are.

But we’re also talking about a band that already did a “reunion” tour 13 years ago and their last co-headlining tour with Lil Wayne could barely fill 30% of amphitheaters.

add in the fact that 98% of the common population doesn’t even know Tom wasn’t in the band, and I just..:don’t know.

Yeah I agree with you on the stadiums unless they have bigger supporting acts with them or the stadiums are in bigger markets like NY where they would have played with Linkin Park at Citi Field if not for Chester’s death.

Maybe the stadium shows are part of festivals?

I always get comments from strangers when I wear blink shirts. Like just the other week the cashier at Aldi called me out. A few weeks before that it was the membership guy at the gym. Also the music teacher at my school. Lots of people still like blink!

I’ll say it again, blink’s place in pop culture is different in 2019 than it is in 2022 due to the mainstream resurgence in the whole pop punk scene and Travis Barker’s new found fame as a member of the kardashian empire. With the added nostalgia of Tom being back and the pandemic fueling pent up demand for events such as this, it’s going to be a much hotter ticket in 2023 than it was last time.

  20. Haha. We’re about to find out! I’m very curious to see the draw. I’m gonna probably have to fly somewhere if I wanna go.

The first reunion they sold out my amphitheater which was 30,000. I know I'm definitely nowhere near how excited I was for that time around

    Hartford really holds 30k?

blink has always done well in CT that’s why I’m hopefully they will play in Hartford or Mohegan on this tour.
