Hell yeah, man. I was very indifferent about it at first, but shit...it hit after a couple days with it. Can't wait to hear more.

 

Queen Majesty and Dirty Dicks are both spicy AND delicious. I'd recommend getting one of those. Dirty Dicks is my favorite of those two.

 

Agreed. Mad Dog is my go-to though for showing people just how hot things are at that point in the interview. Love it/Hate it.

 

yeah, the first time we did it, Mad Dog made me throw up in my kitchen sink... hahaha. it's hell.

 

Haha that's terrible. I swear it shut down my hearing and gave me a good tunnel vision ride for about five minutes. My wife drank like a half a gallon of creamer trying to extinguish it, and she still gives me a hard time for encouraging her to try it haha.

 

Have you built up any sort of tolerance to it since the first time you tried it? Or did you just go lighter the next couple of times? haha

 

i definitely have not built up a tolerance, hahaha. the first time we did it, i tried cleaning all the wings. the second and third times, i just took little bites.

also, the first time we did it, we had some extra wings left over, so we put Da Bomb, Mad Dog, and Last Dab all on a wing. that felt less hot than doing them separately haha.

 

my lady finds mild to even be too hot most of the time... i couldn't convince her to try ANY of the hot sauces

 

Oh mine has certainly marked off her limits at this point. But she does put Aardvark on almost everything she eats.

Forget it guys, this is the hot sauce thread now. We'll re-pivot when we hear the blast beats.

it didn't help that i was chugging PBRs the whole time too. i think i was like 6 deep at that point, so all that beer + Mad Dog... it was a recipe for disaster.

 

Oh man, it's taken over as our household go-to condiment, haha. The first time I tried it was at Sizzle Pie in Portland a few years ago where they were using it as the pizza's sauce. We snagged a few bottles before we left town and then fortunately my local Co-Op in Boise now carries it for less money than Amazon. I'll send you a bottle if you can't find it anywhere for less than $7, if need be!

 

oh yeah! it's almost $10 a bottle on Amazon! i might take you up on that offer...

 

The one with chef Ramsey is the best.
