Hungover You and Remember to Forget Me being lows is a take you belong in prison for

 

i love Hungover You but Remember To Forget Me is most certainly one of blink’s worst tracks ever

 

I find them both to be just okay.

 

Was really diggin on No Heart to Speak of and Hungover You and even Really Wish I Hated You last night when listening again. I also like Happy Days, but it's for bringing happy moments, whereas these others just kill me with those raw emotional lyrics and sound! Especially, no heart. Ugh!

I think Generational Divide might be the low point for me, only because it's so short and just a tease. Grr! :P

I sometimes think On Some Emo Shit should have been the closer and renamed The Last Time (or The Last Time That I Saw Her) to bookend the album since the opener is The First Time. But then think it might have been too cheesy.

Either way On Some Shit Emo is a terrible name to a really good song and wish it was changed because I think people write it off because of the terrible title.

 

Probably a working title that just stuck.

 

Mark explained the original title was “The Last Time,” but they didn’t want to have that and “The First Time” on the same album.

So we got “On Some Emo Shit” instead...

 

I feel like the First Time & the Last Time makes literally so much more sense lol.

 

Yeah that’s nice and all but does Earl Weaver think Matt is out and if Tom is coming back?

 

I thought I had strange blink opinions. But then you came along and did exactly what I would have done. So I’m not alone and that’s nice lol.

 

It’s actually really cool to know someone views a bands decisive discography in the same way.

 

Really would love for them to play No Heart live

 

If they ever regularly play more than 3 NINE songs live, it’ll be a miracle.

 

Watch one of them be Generational Divide as it’s a “quick, fast one”...

 

I think even three is being generous. I think BIOMY and Darkside will be two they randomly switch in and out from time to time. I don’t think either will be staples, though.

 

I'm still mad that the internet ruined "Rabbit Hole" for the band. I'd love to see that one live.

 

I went on to buy some but it was 10 week old post and looks like they dont have it anymore. Their other stuff is 6 cans for £26 (roughly 40 bucks), fairly expensive.

 

Same. Idk why ppl hate on it I thought it was a fun song

 

I bet Darkside will be played at all the shows for the foreseeable future. They pretty much played it consistently at their shows once the song was released while they barely played BIOMY.

 

Hungover You,Run Away,No Heart To Speak Of and Heaven are some of the greatests songs since Untitled.I would throw there even Black Rain,just wish it was all Skiba

 

It's so weird to hear that they aren't touring with more new stuff! I heard elsewhere that it's mainly just been hits...that it's always been this way too??? Not sure on the latter, because I'm pretty sure I heard more non singles from Enema and TOYPAJ when I saw them. Hmm

 

oh my post is total speculation! They could play more stuff off Nine whenever they’re able to play again. Who knows!

 

Ah. I gotcha! I keep forgetting that Nine like just came out last year (right??) So I guess they haven't had much chance with it yet.
