This is like when Weezer’s Hurley came out and my phone was playing “Memories” in my pocket during English class. The most embarrassed I’ve ever been in high school.

 

One time I was in line at the post office and this lady’s phone started ringing and her ringtone was the “5 dollar footlong” commercial jingle.

 

Out Of Mind is pretty lack luster.

Anyone else see the video blink tweeted out an half hour ago about their Encore Spotify performance? The set list on the video says:

All The Small Things
I Miss You
WMAA
First Date
Adam's Song
Dammit
Bored To Death
She's Out Of Her Mind
Darkside

Kind of strange, I wonder why the set was changed so much and why they even put the old one on the video, unless I'm missing something here.

 

I saw the same thing and I thought I was going crazy.

Needed something to hold me over when I go see Senses Fail in a bit and it was the closest thing

 

I like the song but yeah it screams B side and would be out of place as part of the actual album.

It's good but I am happy with the tracklisting we got and wouldn't change it to add this.

 

They could've had the album start with Divide and had a pretty perfect ten song album. That First Time, Heaven and Darkside happen before that almost feels like a bonus

I definitely like the song. Fun, catchy and bouncy like classic blink. But it also doesn't jump out at me as being any more interesting than anything on the album so I can see why they left it off.

This is like a perfect example of one of those songs they probably wrote early on where they said "This is pretty good, but it just sounds like more of California." There's nothing wrong with it, but it's not a step away from the last album/deluxe album at all.

its simple but i do quite like Out of my Heads bridge with the synth, has a bit of a Neighborhoods vibe

 

UPDATE: I was not able to give him my list of demands. But he was funny and sounded pretty good!

 

Out of My Head is fine. Don't feel too strong about it one or the other and am honestly fine with it not being on the album

 

I like Out Of My Head but it's exactly what I think when Mark said that they started working with other producers because with Feldmann they were writing "cool but repetitive songs"
