I always thought that Natives, if it had a better opening/intro to the song, could have made sense in tying into the Neighborhoods album title with the chorus being "we're never coming home". Then I would make the closing track This Is Home since the last line is "this is home" would be a nice call back to Natives, the album title of Neighborhoods and how they're back together as a band.

It’s hard to say how many for me. Blink-182 cancelled on bunbury, said they’d be back the next year but then cancelled on Bunbury again- before they announced the full lineup. So, technically only one cancel there for me.

overall? 4 times cancelled all in 2018. I’d include “postponed” but all of those turned into cancellations anyway.

Yeah, not big on California but I like a handful of those songs. Trying not to read too much of everyone's early impressions in here because I want to go into this one with "fresh" ears. I'll post thoughts when I do listen. I had my hopes up they sent the digital downloads today like someone said but it does appear to just be the cover art.

I did get shipping on my vinyl so maybe it will be here before Friday. I want to cop that "cool" variant too but it not being $11.99 is making it hard, lol. Hopefully it will be available for a bit and if I really like the record I can justify the 2nd variant.

I didn't listen to the 5th released song as I didn't want to spoil that much of the album with early singles.

 

Buckle up, buttercup. Darkside is about to move down your list, if you can believe that.

Eh, we'll see, haha. Still riding the Tom/AVA hype train hard after the AVA show on Sunday. I think I had a shit eating grin on my face the entire show. I'm gonna post some videos in the AVA thread later tonight.

 

Darkside was by far my favorite of the singles released, and it isn’t even in my top 5 anymore. I’d be shocked if it ends up being your favorite song on here.

 

Stoked for the AVA show in a couple hours... weird to think I'm gonna get to hear Tom and Matt sing Aliens Exist/I Miss You in the same week. Wild.
