Got the $45 splatter bundle. After a few minutes of contemplation and peppering myself with persuasion, I went back and bought the sign. I figure it’s worth the happy days it will bring me. Paid for shipping twice, but I’m ready!

 

Snagged the splatter vinyl. Can't wait!

 

I know a lot of you were excited for this song, but is this the first song since Matt joined that is only credited to the three of them?

Bummer there aren’t more Tim/Sam/Matt songs on the album. Hopefully more will be on the upcoming next album/EP.

My fear with getting the sign is that it'll feel cheap once it's delivered. I read it's not glass, but I don't know what exactly a LED tube is.

(It’ll depend what the tube looks like, but I like led lights by and large. They’re in multiple parts of my home (I moved everything to led last year), and all in glass, so I’m curious what this’ll be in the end. Could be a plastic bend? Maybe my guess or some polymer mix/acrylic? If it’s glass or something harder I think it’ll be incredible, worried about plastic ... but we’ll see. )

Darkside is such a good song. Not sure if I like it more than BIOMY but it’s close.

I hope there are some Skiba only songs on the album.

 

Saw the tour in Florida tonight (going to shows on vacation is so dope, I have to try to do it more), and it was the best I've ever seen them out of all three times, including with Tom. Both Mark and Matt were absolutely on fire, both of their voices sounded genuinely amazing all night. They also had a ton of energy, Mark was cracking jokes like usual and Matt was actually speaking a lot too lol. We even got two words from Travis!

The setlist still could have used Feeling This and Rock Show but I have no real complaints. Skiba literally was right next to me during the acoustic section (which I still found really cool even though I've literally been in the front row at a Trio show before lol), and Travis' drum solo was soooo cool, I have no idea why they dropped that on the California tour. Blame It On My Youth also instantly grew on me a ton after seeing it live, that chorus is killer

I'll end this rambling post that has no real point by saying Lil Wayne was also amazing live like I expected and the crowd was incredibly into his set, so fuck any of his doubters

So happy with this show
