If I were in college still I would have said Thursday is my No. 1 day. Still have a soft spot for Thursdays tbh

 

Summer is the worst season.

 

Yep, Sunday is easily the best day Sept - January. It is like the only day worth looking forward to come November - January.

I would rank seasons as:

Fall
Summer
Spring (does this even exist anymore? April/May is just 43 degrees and rainy for 2 months)
Winter

Sure the summer heat blows and being sweaty sucks, but when your other options are the winter and walking in mud for 2 months then it is the default 2nd option. Plus, the sun going down after 8 pm for a few months is something I don't appreciate until it is dark at 4:30 pm mid November.

 

Weather wise, I love Spring and Fall, but there's typically more happening during the Summer months. All I know is that I've hated Winter ever since I've been too old to have snow days because it's otherwise depressing.

Although it's slightly more tolerable now that I actually have the money to go on a beach vacation during the cold season every year.

I am a Fall/Winter person myself. I love colder days and even colder nights. I like taking my dog out and not being eaten alive by mosquitoes or going for a walk and not sweating my ass off. The humidity in my neck of the woods is rough, so it always ruins my summer when the temps get over 95+ for days on end. I like when it snows at night and everything just seems silent because of it.

 

We hit 103 for the first time ever here today, it’s not pleasant.

 

That Darkside preview sounds awesome! Can't wait.

 

Sunburns, mosquitos, & humidity are the biggest cons of summer and as an irish person I HATE being out in the sun, but I honestly cannot even think of a pro about winter other than like Christmas and the first time it snows. After that: fuck off snow. Shoveling is pure hell, screw the cold, screw being dark at 4:30, and March is terrible. My work doesn't give me MLK Day or President's Day off so we have no holidays from January 1st - Memorial Day. It's just a dark miserable time haha

 

I kept this guy

 

As a parent, it sucks in the summer being light out until 9:15/9:30 because my kids never go to bed. In the winter, on the other hand, I can get them in bed by 7:30 because it has been dark for two hours.

I definitely used to have one of those alien inflatable things when I was in like 7th grade that I won at Dave & Busters or something haha

 

I have that same one in my room except he has a purple galaxy design on him.

 

Since everyone here doesn't peruse around the Blink subreddit (I don't blame you) there actually have been 2 posts that are pretty awesome that showed up a couple days ago.

This person found an old signed Cheshire Cat CD for $3.99

This person wrote to Scott asking for an autograph and ended up receiving a bunch of old photos of the band

 

why tho.

 

This doesn't apply to South Florida because its summer year round and everyday fucking sucks because you're in south florida.

 

If I had to rank weeks I would say
1. 1st week of haircut (13 weeks a year)
2. 2nd week of haircut (13 weeks a year)
3. 3rd week of haircut (13 weeks a year)
4. 4th week of haircut (sucks) (13 weeks a year)
