Blink-182 Announce Deluxe Album

really like they are releasing a deluxe edition along with a vinyl of just the new tracks. i already have 2 variants of the original so I'm happy i dont need to get the whole album again.

 

I may do that. But it’s not that much for the double. Choices….!

 

Interesting that the deluxe still has "Cut Me Off" and "See You" in between "Other Side" and "Childhood". The one disc version obviously just has them as track 1 and 2.

Still don't know which track listing to go with, I'll probably go with basic album and the ten extra tracks from part 2 right after it.

Really cool of them to just release the deluxe tracks on their own record, so people don't have to buy the album again!

Edit: anyone know how this'll work for charting? It has a different name and there's two different versions with different tracks. Will this all count as sales for One More Time or is this it's own thing, chart-wise?

 

What a fucking treat. It’s like album number 2 in less than a year.

 

Yeah when bands do these big deluxe albums with like ten extra songs I always just put it as disc 2 on the album and make it a double album.

 

Bummer that they don't have a CD option... Really wanted to support them, but I guess I'll just have to count as metrics on YouTube and Spotify (not that I like Spotify, but still...)

It’s become increasingly hard to find vinyls I really want that are under $30. Seems like a few years ago I could get a lot for closer to that $20 range.

Yep! You're not snagging anything directly from an artist for under $30 I preordered Foxing when it was announced and it was 29.99 and 16 bucks shipping!! Not only are vinyl prices up, shipping prices are out of control as well.

 

I saw on the reddit that they have nine songs left over (assuming they didn't rename any of those songs) and wondering if we'll ever see/hear those in the future...

Tell me about it! I've been wanting to get some plushies for a new indie mascot horror game (Rambley and Mollie) and look at their price policy

Though if you don't feel like clicking the link then both plushies together are 59.98 which isn't bad, but then add shipping and the whole thing ends up costing 73.98... I'm still going to get the plushies, but price is insane.
