That’s a nice sign. Would be crazy if they came out with a ridiculously good song and top the music charts. All the greats get a resurgence in their later careers. Hopefully blink can.
awesome!!! i heard it on the radio the other day, nice to hear a new song from them on there!! cant wait to hear more new songs from em :)
Yeah, I'm not sold as a casual fan. But I guess that's why its not number 1.. They're one of the biggest alternative bands, and with the buzz around the original line-up, its not super surprising that it would do well either way.
such a nit-picky thing, but it drives me fucking nuts how many people are talking about it being the "original line-up"
Because Travis was so influential in blinks famedom i don’t mind that Scott is forgotten. Before it was just suburban antics by mark and Tom. Then it became suburban antics with impressive skills and style from Travis. He completed the band.
Haha yeah, whilst I'm fully aware of Scott, its because I was specifically thinking about Tom and Mark being together. I weirdly don't really think about Travis much because obviously whilst musically he's a presence, I feel like he's a bit absent from the brand.
I think I've heard the term "classic line-up" bandied about, and that sounds like the more accurate descriptor than "original" but ultimately I don't think anyone, even Scott, is losing sleep over it.
