they've been inactive since 2020 and stopped touring before then..

Still doesn’t change what I said IMO. They released Hard Feelings which was much more (for lack of a better word) dancey and synthy/moody and the reaction was very mixed for sure. Them being inactive after probably further illustrates how unsuccessful that record cycle was? I know pandemic and all but still.

Either way; glad they’re back if this is the sound they’re going for.

Hard Feelings was their best album in years. I think the metal community just didn't like that it was poppier. This new song is sick, stoked to hear more.

 

Really really dig this. Also, no offense the the btf dudes, but I didn’t know they were still this popular with all the online response

 

I actually dug this track and a few more from that record but the fan base reacted pretty mixed on it from what I remember seeing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sleepless in Phoenix and Welcome Home are two of their best songs imo. I love all versions of BTF. Let's keep the tunes and tour dates comin'!

 

Those are my two favorite songs off of hard feelings

 

I thought they were completely done and one of the members was now a full time estate agent, so glad to see they're back!
