And…? Still doesn’t change what I said IMO. They released Hard Feelings which was much more (for lack of a better word) dancey and synthy/moody and the reaction was very mixed for sure. Them being inactive after probably further illustrates how unsuccessful that record cycle was? I know pandemic and all but still. Either way; glad they’re back if this is the sound they’re going for.
Hard Feelings was their best album in years. I think the metal community just didn't like that it was poppier. This new song is sick, stoked to hear more.

I actually dug this track and a few more from that record but the fan base reacted pretty mixed on it from what I remember seeing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Sleepless in Phoenix and Welcome Home are two of their best songs imo. I love all versions of BTF. Let's keep the tunes and tour dates comin'!
I thought they were completely done and one of the members was now a full time estate agent, so glad to see they're back!
