I don't think it was aired on the Hulu Livestream so that makes it even harder to ever see video

 

the Minions soundtrack is pretty OK throughout. Part of me kinda wishes it was all 10/10s but the other part of me is reminded that it's a soundtrack for a kids movie. Nothing is bad though, but nothing really stood out as a big WOW moment

 

How Jack has the time for so many projects blows my mind. Guy is a machine.

 

Strange Desire and Gone Now are such perfect summer albums. Gone Now literally sounds like what I think the neighborhood in Hey Arnold listens to during the summer if that makes any sense at all.

If he released a remixed/remastered version of the last one I think I’d love it. It’s one of the only albums I can think of where I gave up listening to the album because the production was so bad/distracting I couldn’t get through it. There have been many albums where I didn’t care for the production but got over it because I loved the songs, but couldn’t get past it for this one sadly.

 

The production will forever be baffling, I can't think of any other album where the volume levels from song to song don't even match up

 

I would take a good quality live recording of it, I think that would be ideal for most of the songs tbh. He could even call it "Take the Sadness out of... Saturday Night Live"
