Trampoline and Steel Train S/T are better albums than any of his albums as Bleachers imo

I think they're both extremely close with the first two Bleachers, I would have a hard time picking from those 4

    Give what you can.

Speaking of the train of steel, just found this Trampoline (plus one s/t song) era show. Goddamn they pulled it off live.

Tranpoline will probably forever be my favorite Jack release

but I do really love this album so far. Disappointed to see so much disappointment in here. Looking forward to seeing them in NYC in Sept

Bought tickets for the Philly show. I have so many shows coming up between now and the end of the year. Where's my damn Pfizer booster shot at?

On my third or fourth listen and I'm happy to say this was not a disappointment for me. I definitely understand why it's not for everyone, and I'm not gonna pretend the mixing isn't weird and distracting. But the songs themselves are there for me and are going to be a blast live, which has always been the best part of Bleachers for me anyway.

Listened to Trampoline for the first time. This is just not for me.

Gone Now is far and away my favorite work from him, but I really love Strange Desire and this new one.

I wish I could fix the mix of Good Morning in headphones, though. It's fucking atrocious.

Self-titled shares some DNA with Gone Now, IMO

    I'll take a listen!

Goddamn, I just fall apart every time he sings 'come on motherfucker, you survived you gotta' give yourself a break.'

I just don't think there's any way you don't at least like Bullet or maybe Touch Me Bad

Oh yeah, this is way more my speed. I know this doesn't matter, but I like the cover way more, too.

Yeah I’ve tried to get into Steel Train many times, outside of the self-titled it’s not for me. I’ve enjoyed his work in fun. and Bleachers much more, personally.

Have never been able to get into Steel Train at all. Didn't get it when I loved Drive Thru as a young'n and I haven't felt much different when trying again now.

It's weird, I totally agree Good Morning is a nightmare in headphones but somehow the panning works perfectly when driving

What is the opinion these days on Some Nights? I know it was pretty divisive when it was released. Just put it on and I still really love it.

I love Some Nights, even if some of the sounds/noises maybe haven't aged well?

Still love Some Nights, although “It Gets Better” is super grating these days haha
