Predictably beautiful. I love that Lorde and Carly Rae get actual features rather than just the background vocals. Also I'm thinking about if he does Terrible Thrills, Vol. 3, how star studded that could end up being. Like what if we get a version of Gone Now sung by Taylor Swift, Lorde, Carly Rae Jepsen, Julien Baker, Hayley Williams, etc.??
I also keep thinking about how filthy rich Jack must be now (considering he's the sole producer on 1/3rd of what will inevitably be the best selling album of 2017), as well as several other successful projects, not to mention his own album and successful tour. Like the dude must be raking it in and it doesn't ever even feel like he's doing anything he doesn't genuinely believe in. He's one of a kind and I'm just so freakin happy he has all the success he deserves. He'll be a household name. It's just a matter of people realizing everything he works on.
I think it's especially cool considering the sheer number of songs for other artist's he's been involved in lately, yet he seems fully committed and involved in Bleachers right now.
Seeing bleachers on Friday. Also won tickets over the weekend to a local radio stations Christmas show that is bleachers and Kesha. Fourth bleachers show this year!
I truly don't know how he has the time for all of this. I mean I guess that's why it took almost 3 years for a new album, but holy damn he has put in some work over those 3 years.
Yea it's even more amazing that the quality of the music hasn't suffered at all. Truly mind boggling to me.
Bleachers, Lorde, St Vincent and Taylor Swift all coming out this year is mindblowing from a Jack perspective. And his hand in all of them is A) noticeable B) really good. Musician of the year for me, no question
Kelly Clarkson is pretty solid, too! She puts on a great show. I’ve seen her a few times and am not ashamed haha
Just realized I still haven't bought tickets for the Boston show yet. Gonna have to fix that. The performance at Shadow of the City was so absurdly good and euphoric, I don't mind seeing them again so shortly after in the slightest.
I think he has a shot at Producer of the Year at the Grammy’s. Should win IMO. Definitely think he’ll get the nom at least
I love how Jack just beams with pride about the songs he's worked on via Twitter. He always just sounds like a kid still in disbelief that he is living his dream.
This will also be the first album I’ve preordered in a while. Can’t believe it’s been 8 years since the last record
