He does use a backing track for vocals live. I have exactly 0 issues with that as long as he is still singing himself which he is
The bass playing on "Goodbye" is so great. I also love the part in "Goodmorning" where the drums are panned completely to the right and vocals completely to the left.
Listened via headphones for the first time. Amazing. This is up there with The Greateat Generation as my favorite "concept" album, maybe even edging it out.

Awesome insight into his studio in that video. Can't wait to see him again in a couple weeks and see how the new songs translate live. I'd be extremely content with any of the recent 14 song setlists... as long as "I Miss Those Days" is in there. My favorite from the new album by a decent margin.
I've listened to the album at least once everyday this week, and then I usually just pull random songs out from it throughout the day also. This is definitely my AOTY at this point.
