Not sure who I want most of those listed. Marty would be cool obviously.

 

There’s a lot of really good choices. I think I’ll be happy with pretty much any of them.

 

Wes Anderson

 

I mostly like Wes but I feel like those episodes could get pretty boring or repetitive

 

Most of the long series tend to do so but yeah I don’t disagree

 

Morvern Callar one of the best movies ever

 

Excited for March madness where I start out really optimistic and then get really mad at everyone who listens to the pod but me

 

I can see this being Marty's year to win.

Would also be very happy with a Wes Anderson series. I do think his movies are much more interesting than they have been getting credit for as of late.

I am of the opinion they should just do Apatow whenever his next movie comes out (which would make for a better arc considering no way will it be worse than The Bubble)

 

I like most Wes Anderson movies I just feel like there isn’t a lot of interesting stories behind them getting made and what not but I could be wrong.

Well they addressed their really bad fuckup with how they misinterpreted that scene in Ratcatcher

 

Scorsese is gonna sleepwalk through at least the first three rounds

 

I am looking forward to once again pounding the drum for High School Musical on the Patreon bracket only for it to be blown the fuck out in round 1

 

Yeah, feels like this is Scorsese's pretty easily. I'd be happy with him or Tony Scott of top seeds. Really want Joe Wright but mainly for the Anna Karenina episode.

I'd like a sci-fi or horror series to win Patreon. Halloween or Cube would be fun.

 

I am also pulling for a Joe Wright win but mostly because I think Cyrano is kind of a secret masterpiece
