The Big Lebowski still is perfect. Burn After Reading also very good and very funny.

 

probably won't be able to get to lebowski until after the episode drops but i WILL be making a white russian during

 

Haven't seen it in a while but Burn After Reading rules.

 

My only blindspots at this point are The Man Who Wasn't There, Intolerable Cruelty, The Ladykillers and then the solo works like Tragedy of Macbeth & Honey Don't.

Only movie of either or their's that i've seen that I think is bad is Drive Away Dolls

 

Half hour in and this episode is delightful

 

Really really fun episode

 

Yeah, this is one of the best. Seth laugh continues to be one of the most insanely joyful noises in the world.

 

Seth was a perfect guest. Wonder if Blank Check ends up factoring in some way into The Studio S2 like how The Town was referenced in S1 lol

 

wish there was a bit more chat about the actual movie but yeah i loved this ep

 

Damn I missed Griffin introducing Clueless at my theater last week

 

Pod about O Brother + Emily St. James guesting + 2 hours long + Linkin Park and OutKast mentioned = Very enjoyable episode

One of my favorite Coen films

 

Definitely a top 5 Coens movie for me. Excited to dive into this ep.

 

i didn’t fully realize that o bro is basically TBN’s first real performance

 

and that he directed the josh hartnett othello movie lol

 

“monica bellucci is the best cleavage actor of all time” you just can’t get me to believe podcasts aren’t worthwhile man

 

Peak griffin being annoying this episode. Still mostly fun though.

 

Is this one worth paying $4 to rent or should I look for clips on YouTube

 

It’s maybe their best looking film but it friggin dragged for me. Just could not engage with it.

 

The episode made me like the movie more, but yeah, I struggled with this one too. The second half especially was a bit of a snooze for me. Very low on my Coen rankings.

 

gonna watch tomorrow probably

 

The run in-between o brother and no country is the rest of my coen blindspots and these 3 movies seem the least essential. But I’ll check them out
