Thought this week’s episode was as fun as it could be, considering the subject matter. The guest had kind of Betsy Sodaro vibes.

Looking forward to “Hook.”

 

I was in marching band in high school and one year our entire show was the music from Hook and I think that’s really skewed my personal perception of the magnitude of Hook

 

“Empire of the Sun” ep is one of those eps where I respect the guest, but the discussion is just so dry and academic that I have to turn it off after about an hour.

 

bilge has been great on other episodes, i just don’t think it’s a movie that inspires much entertaining conversation

Yeah some of these directors I love but I feel like they get talked about a ton. I love the Coens but Linklater would be a more fun series especially cause he has a few I haven’t seen.
